MATHS
This week we started
our new unit on fractions. Here are some photos of us using playdough to make
fractions.
SPORT
This week for
sport with Miss Stroligo we continued working on our baseball skills. We are
becoming experts and bowling and fielding. We are looking forward to putting
these into practice in a baseball game over the next few weeks.
SPELLING
Last week for
homework we focused on spelling words with the letter ‘a’. We were asked to
write our spelling words on a piece of material. As you can see some of us have
been thinking outside of the box and writing these on baking paper, wood, rocks
and in other forms.
SCIENCE
This week was National
Science Week and we were fortunate enough to attend Chevallier College. One of
the things that we did while we were there was the chemical cannon. Here are
some photos.
